BMS, an independent UK recruitment agency, has been connecting candidates with their dream jobs in sales, marketing, and engineering since 1990. I gave their brand a vibrant facelift, covering every aspect, from the logo and website to business cards and presentations.
I introduced a bespoke block letter aesthetic, signifying the building blocks of a career, which served as the foundation for both the logo and a series of letters used throughout their branding. Colour-coded elements were strategically employed to categorise job listings, setting them apart from their competitors. A modern typeface choice provided a distinctive look and enabled distinct type-focused communications.
I established a flexible graphic system for generating website imagery, using bold colours, branded shapes, and imagery. The website needed to function as both a marketing tool and a functional job board. I streamlined the user experience and created a variety of components with alternating colours and bold graphic elements. A custom visual page builder allowed for easy content addition through the CMS, catering to the company's evolving marketing needs in a competitive industry.
